How To Place A Custom Jewellery Order
So you've seen your dream piece of jewellery...but uh oh, you can only find it on the internet, you've definitely never seen it in your favourite piercing studio Pierce Of Art! But you know that buying body jewellery on the internet is never a good idea. What now?

We can find you that piece of jewellery or something similar, in a safe, high quality material. It's important to remember that a lot of the time, jewellery online and on popular sales websites are often copies of genuine pieces by reputable companies.
So here's how to get your dream piece of jewellery...
- Bring us a picture! Or a really good description of the kind of thing you like...if you're not exactly sure what you want, a good start is favourite metal (titanium or gold), favourite metal colour (rose gold, anodised purple, etc.), favourite stones (clear gems, opals etc) and what style you would like...are you a bar or a ring person?
- Let us measure what size you need, we need to know what thickness and what length you will need for your jewellery, we can arrange jewellery orders over phone/email but you will need to know the exact size you need, as exchanges or returns cannot happen.
- Discuss your budget...if you have a budget in mind for what you would like to spend, don't be afraid to tell us! You may really love a piece that has geniune diamonds in, but maybe diamonds don't suit your pocket...if we know what you would like to spend, we know to try find a piece with clear gems instead.
- Do you have a favourite brand? Some people really love jewellery from specific companies...if that is the case for you, let us know and we will stick with them, we have accounts with most body jewellery companies.
- Tell us when you need it for. Some American jewellery companies have an extended wait time as each piece is made specifically for each order. If you need your piece for next week, then maybe ordering from a USA based company isn't right for you. But we like to manage your expectations and avoid dissapointment, so just let us know when you need/would like your jewellery.
- We need a deposit, for custom jewellery orders we do take a deposit, which is usually 50% of the total value of the order. This deposit is non-refundable and ensures we are able to order and keep aside a particular piece of jewellery for you. We will phone you as soon as the jewellery arrives, and from the date of your phonecall, you have 30 days to arrange a collection date for your jewellery...otherwise it goes on general sale, and unfortunately we would be unable to refund the money you had paid.
We always have lots of jewellery in stock too, so if you are stuck for inspiration - just come in and see us so we can advise. We offer a jewellery curation service, where we can help you plan for your new piercings, and can also help with finding the perfect jewellery for your existing piercings, too.
